Ice cream is frozen sweet weight of milk products with different additives. Ice Cream first started making in those countries where the hot and cold areas are combined, this is the southern, mountainous areas. The first ice cream produced in Persia and Rome almost more than two thousand and four hundred years ago, but it was a luxury reserved for special occasions. Ice cream was made by handwood-frame inside a tub filled with ice and salt. This was called the pot-freezer method. Today it is totally different. The delicacy of the rich nobles consisted of a mixture of snow and ice with fruit pieces.
Today technology change the whole method of producing Ice-cream, the latest system is to add liquid nitrogen to the mixture while stirring it using a spoon or spatula for a few seconds. Some ice cream recipes call for making a custard, folding in whipped cream, and immediately freezing the mixture. Another method is to use a pre-frozen solution of salt and water, which gradually melts as the ice cream freezes. Photo Credit
